That is 2.9% + $0.30. International and currency conversion add 1.5% when the presentment currency differs from the settlement currency. Refunds return the payment and keep the fixed fee. Chargebacks are $15 each, recorded on the ledger. Payouts are reviewed, then marked paid by an operator.
